I really enjoy the Holiday Season, there is something magical about this time of year! This season ends the year, and it is all about sharing holiday traditions, and visiting with family and friends!
Since we are living in an email savvy era, it is nice to receive “snail mail” filled with family and friends Holiday Cheer! It is fun to see the cards with the smiling faces, and hearing about all the family happenings.
I know I have mentioned how much I LOVE Shutterfly for printing my photos, my holiday cards, thank you cards, and photobooks HERE and HERE. There is no question that I will be choosing Shutterfly for my cards this year. They have excellent customer service, great designs, and the cards are always top quality.
You really cannot go wrong with Shutterfly for your holiday cards, with so many designs to choose from, trust me the hardest part will be picking which card to use. They have options from 1 to several pictures on a card, and of course flat cards, folded cards, and cards of different sizes. Another great feature is that they have a compare feature, so you can compare multiple cards at once and decide which one is correct for you!

Review: Counting Fun Fruit Bowl From Educational Toys Planet

I received a Counting Fun Fruit Bowl from Educational Toys Planet for review, and my son really enjoys this toy. This educational toy, not only helps young children grasp the concept of counting. The counting fun fruit bowl focuses on number learning. The fruit bowl comes with 5 fruits, and each is segmented into quantities between 1 and 5. The fruits can only be assembled in the appropriate order and are held together with magnets. Which help the child learn quantity, colors as well as teaching counting. They can also count the number of fruit, as well as add and subtract the pieces of fruit, as well as segments of each individual fruit. This helps in developing future math concepts.
Mr. Toddler loves this toy, he tells me he is cooking the fruit. He likes to assemble the fruit together, and then pretend play in his kitchen with the fruit. He doesn’t even realize he is practicing counting and math skills while playing.
The Counting Fun Fruit Bowl is very reasonably priced at 19.99.

“Mixbook” Photo Book Review

I recently had the opportunity of creating a complimentary 20 page 8x 6 softcover photo book from Mixbook. I was really excited, as I love to create photo books. I have used snapfish, and shutterfly to create photo books in the past. And after creating the photo book on Mixbook, I can easily say this is one of my new favorite options for creating photo books.
Mixbook is great, you can easily download pictures from your computer, Facebook, My Space, Yahoo, Picasa, etc…
And unlike its competitors, Mixbook is 100% customizable! You can literally start with a blank book and create the look you want with every detail(scrap book type details), or you can choose one of the existing templates and build from there. I chose a “birthday” theme since Mr. Toddler just had a 3rd birthday party and I wanted to make a book to capture the day. Within the Birthday template, I had the option to literally change every element on each page. For example, if I didn’t like a particular balloon, I could delete it, or change the colors. I could change the backgrounds, add stickers, phrases, tags, etc… It really is, 100% customizable! You can make it easy by just adding in photos into the areas created on the templates, or completely customize each page. The options for stickers, backgrounds, and themes is very large allowing you to really create any type of photo book you would like.

Bumbo Baby Seat Review

I recently picked up a bumbo chair and I have to say that I love it and so does the Little Miss! What is a Bumbo chair you ask? This chair helps develop a baby’s core, it helps your little one sit up once they can hold their head up. It comes in several colors and has the option of a snack tray. It is lightweight made of a low density foam, easily portable, and very easy to clean. Plus it is the winner of National Parenting Center Seal of Approval.
I purchased the BUMBO seat because Little Miss loves to be the center of attention, and I wanted a chair that was portable and that she could sit up and be interactive with us. This chair has certainly worked out great!

Organically Grown Children’s Clothing Spring Collection Review

With Spring upon us, and having just celebrated Earth Day, I wanted to share a review with one of my favorite baby clothing companies: Organically Grown! There clothes are eco-friendly, organic and ultra soft! My son has bad eczema, and I love putting him organically grown clothing as it does not irritate his skin. When I had the opportunity to review their new collection for my daughter, I was thrilled.
Organically Grown recently released their new spring collection. “This spring, dress baby in bodysuit sets and coveralls in coordinating fresh spring prints. Girls can practice their “green” thumb with their Garden Grown collection featuring ladybugs and garden patterns, while boys can get ready for spring in our L is For Lion collection.”
My Opinion: I just LOVE Organically Grown and I appreciate having organic clothing for my children. And the new collection is GOTS certified 100% organic cotton. Another plus is that the items are really adorable, and very soft, and the items are very affordable starting at about 20 dollars.
This time I received one of their softest onesies ever as part of their new collection! My Little Miss received a ladybug onesie and she looks adorable in the onesie, and I love the fact that she is wearing soft organic cotton, and it is safe from any harmful chemicals or pesticides!
I recommend Organically Grown clothing for children! Their outfits and onesies are really super cute, and they they are so safe against children’s sensitive skin!

SC Johnson Products Smart and Easy Spring Cleaning Bzz Agent Review

Since it is time for spring cleaning, it was wonderful to receive SC Johnson products as part of being a bzzagent. The Smart and Easy Spring Cleaning package was great!
Here is what I received:
Glade Sparkle of Spring candle: The candle has a slight flowery smell, but not too strong. And it spreads itself throughout the kitchen, not like other candles that you have to be on top of it to catch the scent.
Glade Plug-In Scented Oil Refill: We already were using these throughout the house, but I love them because they keep the house smelling good. The smell does fade though after a few weeks.
Scrubbing Bubbles: Mega Shower Foamer: Great for cleaning the shower, after three minutes of leaving the foam on, and rinsing the shower was clean. Wasn’t hard to scrub off either.
Scrubbing Bubbles Toilet Cleaning Gel: It contains 6 gel discs to use when cleaning a toilet. Each gel disc is disposable and can be flushed in the toilet. The gel disc sits below the rim and dissolves with each flush. It leaves a nice clean odor in the bathroom, I am not sure that it cleans the whole toilet, but we have extremely hard water that leaves a rim of lime at water level. Pledge Lemon Clean: I already use pledge in my home, and love it for just about every surface. On the hardwood floors, and wood furniture. It cleans with a nice shine, and a great scent.
All in all, you really can’t go wrong with SC Johnson cleaning products!

Adorable Crawler Covers and More

I recently came across Crawler Covers and More on Etsy, while searching for some cute baby leggings for Little Miss. I think baby leggings are just TOO CUTE! And I couldn’t be happier with the purchase, and I have to say that Little Miss looks quite adorable in her baby leggings. Plus it makes diaper changing a snap, nothing better than a onesie and some leggings, and we are all dressed.
Fategoddess has the cutest items in her shop and the items are very reasonably priced. She offers baby leggings, and leggings for toddlers/girls, along with hair clips and headbands.
